PALACE OAKS CONDOMINIUMS

Palace Oaks is a walkway rehabilitation project. There has been significant water penatration to the above grade walkways which are attached to the building. We are opening up many of the walkways to assess the extent of the damage and repairing as instructed by the consultant. We have found that many of the stuctural beams have been penetrated by water and have rotted out completely and need replacing.
